Chaussures de Running Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 40 Noir Orange

This version offers the same responsiveness and neutral support you love, but with enhanced comfort in sensitive areas of your foot, like the arch and toes. Whether you're running long marathon miles, taking part in a pre-sunset speed session or participating in a spontaneous group getaway, this is still the established road runner you can trust, day after day, race after race.

The more support the shoe offers, the more stability it can bring to your natural stride. A combination of snug support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. The Peg 40 has neutral support. It gives you balance, whether you're a heel or forefoot striker. It's equally suited to long and short runs, offering a smooth transition from heel to toe.

  • The more cushioning you have underfoot, the smoother and more comfortable your running experience can be.
  • Cushioning helps soften the impact when your feet hit the ground.
  • Feel connected to the ground with Nike React technology, a lightweight, durable foam that delivers a comfortable, responsive stride.
  • It retains its shape race after race to give you a consistent feel.

The more responsive the shoe, the more energy you can recover with each step. Whether you want to run a little faster or with a little less effort, reactive shoes help you put a little more spring in your step to get the most out of your run. We've combined Nike React technology with 2 Zoom Air units (1 in the forefoot and heel) to give you a bouncy, energetic toe feel.
Inviting fit and feel
A highly optimized single-layer mesh creates an inviting feel and fit. We've redesigned the midfoot strap for a more molded-to-foot fit, suitable for all arch sizes.

new about the Peg 40?

  • When we sat down to design the Peg 40, we took an upside-down approach, literally, starting with a midfoot strap for a more secure, yet forgiving feel, as if the Peg were giving your arch a soft, welcoming hug.
  • We wanted to make the inner boundaries of the shoe comfortable, breathable and forgiving in the toe, arch and heel areas, where your feet are most sensitive, with a circular pattern designed to allow it to adapt to your foot.
  • The heel area optimizes landing space and improves transition and durability.
  • The waffle-inspired pattern provides traction on the road.
