  • 1 / Are all the items shown on Alltricks.com available ?
    Yes. If we say we have it in stock, we have it in our warehouse, ready to be dispatched. Once an item is out of stock, it is removed from display automatically.
  • 2 / The status of my order is 'Pending Payment'. What should I do ?
    An order with Pending Payment won't be dispatched and will be automatically cancelled within 7 days. Click on 'Proceed to checkout' directly in your customer account or place a new order.
  • 3 / Why is my payment declined ?
    There are several things you can check to resolve the declined payment. Check if your credit card details were entered correctly. Check with your bank about adjusting daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Payment declines may be due to these limits set by your bank.
  • 4 / Can I cancel my order ?
    Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be canceled. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • 5 / Can I add items or change my order ?
    It isn't possible to change an order once it's placed. If you'd like to add items, you should place another order.
  • 6 / What does the status 'Processed and about to be shipped' mean ? What if my tracking number is not available ?
    Your order has been processed by our team and will be shipped as fast as possible. Once the tracking number is available, we will upload it in your customer account.
  • 7 / How do I return an item ?
    If you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it and as long as the item isn't fitted or used we're happy to receive it back: Within 14 days from the day after you receive your order, you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund. Within 30 days from the day after you receive your order, if you're not completely satisfied with an item you may return it and get a voucher. Before returning your unused labeled item in its original packaging, please fill the form on this page.
  • 8 / How do I exchange an item ?
    If you wish to exchange an item, a voucher will automatically be issued once we receive your goods. With this voucher, you can place a brand new order for your new item.

Warranty

Product Warranty: If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, please contact us before returning goods.

Manufacturer Warranty

All goods purchased from Alltricks.com are covered by a full warranty. You can find the warranty period on product pages. In all other cases, the warranty period is two years.

Warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear, damage caused by unsuitable use of the product (competition, professional or collective use, parts which have been modified...) and faults already mentioned in the product description (recycled items).

Under warranty, return shipping costs are non-refundable. New or repaired products will be sent back to customers at Alltricks expense. Incomplete or partial returns will not be accepted under warranty.

All returns must be made within 5 working days after acceptance by our customer service team.

Wrong item

If Alltricks sent a damaged or incorrect item, please use the form to contact us (Topic: Order Problems). Our customer service team will come back to you with the appropriate procedure.

Warranty against latent defects

In any case, the customer receives the eviction and hidden defects legal guarantee (Article 1625 and following of the Civil Code). On the condition that the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (1641 and following of the Civil Code), if the buyer goes to court, it must do so promptly after the discovery of the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the civil code).

In all cases Alltricks/Avanis cannot be held responsible for non compliance with regulations and laws in force in the receiving country. The responsibility of Alltricks/Avanis is always limited to the value of the product in question on the date of sale, with no possibility of appeal to the brand or company producing the product.

Returning an item (Within 30 Days)

- Within 30 Days from the day after you receive your order, if you have changed your mind on your purchase you have the right to return it and get a credit note.

To be accepted, Items returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect resale condition

Once we receive your items, a credit note will automatically be issued to your account and we will email you to let you know. The credit note can be used in your next order. The credit note is for single use only and cannot be split.

The credit note will cover the cost of the items returned. If your return the complete order, the credit note will also include the shipping cost paid when you purchase the goods. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
