The plastic used to make Jet is treated with a special additive that enables the microorganisms responsible for biodegradation to attack the polymeric chain of the plastic used. This process significantly reduces the can's degradation time (from 3 months to 5 years),
which is not possible for products derived from traditional plastic (which take from 100 to 1,000 years to decompose)
