APURNA drink is composed of a solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes, which help maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
Its isotonic property provides good hydration of your body throughout the effort.
The drink also contains branched amino acids (BCAA) and collagen as well as vitamins and minerals which help protect cells against oxidative stress (vit. C, E, B2, selenium, zinc).

When to consume it?

Drink regularly during exercise and without waiting to be thirsty: between 0.5L and 1L / hour of effort.
