Isostar Hydrate & Perform isotonic drink offers several advantages: optimal hydration with energy and micronutrients (rich in vitamins B1, B6 and C), a formula without coloring and with natural flavors, digestibility, and especially a good taste.

It accompanies you during your prolonged physical activities. It provides electrolytes and carbohydrates and helps maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increases water absorption. Its carbohydrates bring energy necessary to the sports of endurance.

The powder for isotonic drink is conceived for the followers of the sports of endurance (trail, bicycle, marathon) whose activity is higher than 1:30 am and which causes an important perspiration. It is also useful in case of strong heat as well as for all the sports involving a strong perspiration.

Directions for use :

During the warm-up (15 ml every 1/4 of an hour) and regularly during and after the effort (until 2 hours after the effort) (15 ml every 1/4 of an hour). Mode of preparation of a portion: dilute 3 spoons of dosage in 500 ml of water.
