What does the status ‘Awaiting dispatch’ mean?

For an item shipped by Alltricks: The status “Awaiting shipment” means that your order has been confirmed and is being prepared in our warehouses. It will be shipped shortly. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it is handed over to the carrier.


For an item shipped by a partner seller: We invite you to contact the partner seller by following these steps:

- Log in to “My Account”, go to the “My Orders” section.

- Select the item(s) and quantity, then click on Contact the Seller.

- Select the reason for your request from the drop-down menu.

- Add a comment. Click Send.


The partner seller will reply to you directly in your messaging area.
