For products sold and shipped by Alltricks, you will receive a notification from the carrier as soon as your parcel is delivered or ready to be handed over to you. You can also track the status of your delivery at any time in the “My Orders” section of your account.
For products sold and shipped by our partner sellers, an email will be sent to you as soon as the delivery tracking is available.
If you have chosen in-store delivery, you will receive an email as soon as your product is ready for pickup.
