For an item shipped by Alltricks: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
From then on, by logging into your customer account, you can track your parcel in the “My Orders & Returns” section.
5 steps to track your order:
- Order: Your order has been confirmed
- Preparation: Our Team at the logistics center is preparing your order before handing it over to the carrier
- Shipment: Your parcel has been handed over to the carrier
- Out for delivery: Your parcel is on its way
- Delivered: Your parcel has been delivered to the chosen address
For an item shipped by a partner seller: We invite you to contact the partner seller by following these steps:
- Log in to “My Account”, go to the “My Orders” section. Select the item(s) and quantity, then click on Contact the Seller.
- Select the reason for your request from the drop-down menu.
- Add a comment.
- Click Send.
The partner seller will reply to you directly in your messaging area.
