What should I do if my parcel tracking is unavailable?

If your parcel tracking is not available, this may be due to a delay in the carrier’s update. As soon as the carrier updates the information, it will be available in the “My Orders” section for products sold and shipped by Alltricks.

For orders from our partner sellers, the tracking information will be sent to you by email. If more than 24 hours have passed since you received the shipping confirmation, please feel free to contact us with your order number.
