Choosing the right sized bike depends on the type of bike, your height, your riding style, and your preference. A correct fitting bike will be more comfortable, more efficient and more fun to ride

What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

The frame is made up of tubes based on the Kamm Tail shape already used in the past and now applied wherever possible on the bike. The teardrop-shaped section cut into the height given to each tube is the best solution for achieving optimum aerodynamic efficiency.
All BH road frames are equipped with 12 mm Thru Axle locks, which feature a fully concealed, easy-to-use "Quick Lever". No tools required.
When developing the new Aerolight, we had a clear objective: to create a frame with aerodynamic lines, while maintaining low weight and a high level of stiffness, essential characteristics of any racing bike. The installation of the carbon was fully optimized, with the thickness of each point designed to achieve the best possible stiffness-to-weight ratio. What's more, by using the HCIM (Hollow Core Internal Moulding) manufacturing technique, we've created a frame without any internal imperfections and achieved optimum compactness. Less material means less weight, but not less performance. The result is a frame with aerodynamic lines and a weight of just 950 grams.
The BH Aerolight's eye-catching fork shape is part of the Air Bow concept, which has enabled us to improve the bike's overall aerodynamics. We apply the same concept to the rear triangle. The size of the inner area between the wheel and the fork has been maximized to allow air to circulate between these two parts. Thanks to the extra space, air resistance is reduced, generating less turbulence. The result on the road? We've improved the drag coefficient of the new BH Aerolight by 15.9%. The result is a saving of 5 W at high speed. What's more, the Air Bow concept helps eliminate road vibrations, giving you more control and comfort while riding, without affecting your performance
