What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

Fighting the wind and fighting gravity in the same bike, that's theAerolight. Road lines that fly under your wheels. The sound of wind at high speeds. The urge to knock a cog off. The search for your best possible position.
The frame is made of tubes that use the Kamm Tail shape that has been used in the past and is now applied wherever possible on the bike. The teardrop-shaped section cut into the height given to each tube is the best solution for achieving optimal aerodynamic efficiency.
All BH road frames are equipped with 12 mm Thru Axle locks, which have the special feature of having a completely hidden and easy-to-use "Quick Lever". No tools required.
When developing the new Aerolight, we had a clear objective: to create a frame with aerodynamic lines, while maintaining low weight and a high level of stiffness, essential characteristics of any racing bike. The carbon layup was fully optimized, with the thickness of each point being studied to obtain the best possible stiffness to weight ratio. In addition, by using the HCIM (Hollow Core Internal Moulding) manufacturing technique, we have created a frame with no internal imperfections and have achieved optimal compactness. Less material means less weight, but not less performance. The result is a streamlined frame with a weight of only 950 grams.
The catchy shape of the BH Aerolight's fork is part of the Air Bow concept, which has allowed us to improve the overall aerodynamics of the bike. We apply the same concept to the rear triangle. The size of the inner area between the wheel and the fork has been maximized in order to allow air to circulate between these two parts. Thanks to the extra space, the air resistance is reduced, generating less turbulence. The result on the road? We have improved the drag coefficient of the new BH Aerolight by 15.9%. This results in a saving of 5 W at high speed. Plus, the Air Bow design helps eliminate road vibration, giving you more control and comfort while riding, without affecting your performance
