A Steinbeisser Trail Rain Jacket is waterproof, tested and designed to meet the unique demands of off-road racing in the toughest winter and rainy conditions.

In order to create an ultralight (230 g) rain jacket for your mountain biking trips, we drew on our knowledge of protection and used our waterproof softshell fabric that allows the skin to breathe perfectly, to make it the ideal base for our TRAIL Rain Jacket.
In the second design phase, we opted for the trailFit fit, which is snug enough not to snag on branches and rocks that might get in your way, but loose enough to provide unrivaled freedom of movement for your upper body. .
The fully sealed seams, the zipped front pockets and the double slider zipper are the final touch to this jacket, which will ensure an optimal waterproofness during all your escapades in rainy weather.

Details:

Schloss Tex: the lightest waterproof three-layer softshell fabric. Extremely comfortable and very easy to store stretch material with a hydrophilic membrane. Weight: 90 g / m2; Breathability: moisture permeability 27,000 g / m2 / 24 h; Water column:> 10,000 mm; Elasticity: two-way stretch.
Soft and water-repellent inserts at the cuffs that will go perfectly with gloves while allowing you to easily put on and take off the jacket.
Wide back yoke: longer to protect your lower back from splashes and dirt.
WaterBlock Hem: Non-slip silicone dots on the inside of the jacket protect you from the elements and ensure a secure fit, while the laminated silicone exterior wicks away rain.
Double-slider zip closure: allows easy ventilation from the top or from the bottom. Robust design with oversized tabs for ease of use and suitable for wearing gloves.
DWR: ASSOS (Durable Water Repellent) hydrophobic treatment providing an additional level of protection against the elements.
The cut and shape of this jacket have been specially designed for your off-piste races. When standing, the jacket may seem to you to pull at the level of the chest and the sleeves seemingly too long; but once your arms are placed on a wide MTB handlebars and you adopt a more aggressive stance, you will feel the jacket perfectly conforming to your body. Its hood, inspired by diving suits, has been designed to be worn directly under your helmet and has loops for its straps.
