The waterproof jacket for when you know you have to ride in the rain. Pros love this jacket because it keeps them dry, breathable, snug and has pockets.

If your passion, or your job, is cycling, then you're going to have to spend a few hours in bad weather

at some point.

The Slicker Pro is the jacket for you. The fabric wicks water away at an incredible rate, but also breathes to keep you from getting wet from the inside. The stretchy inserts help create a tight, more aerodynamic fit, so the jacket won't flap in the wind like old-school rain jackets. Since this jacket is likely to be worn for a while, Castelli added pockets in the back for quick access to what you might need. And since this is a rain jacket, they added drainage holes in the pockets to keep them from filling up with water. Despite all this, the jacket can be stored in a pocket if the rain stops and the sun comes out. Its foldability also means you can easily take it with you if you know it might rain before you finish your hike.
