Designed and built to be the ideal shelter for skinskiers, splitboarders, and snowshoe enthusiasts heading out to explore the wilderness, the Access 2 tent is lighter than a high-altitude tent, but warmer than a backpacking tent. The reduced screen area on the body of the tent ensures greater warmth on chilly nights, and its lightweight, packable design saves valuable energy on the way up and down. Generous interior volume for clothing removal, and a strong frame that withstands the weight of snow that accumulates overnight. Quick to set up, the tent offers the protection needed to camp when conditions are less rigorous, such as near the edge of the vegetation: a perfect solution for accessing couloirs, ridges and powder fields upstream

  • Featherweight warmth: on cold nights, the reduced screen area on the body of the tent preserves all that hard-earned warmth, and its lightweight design lets you move with ease on snow and trails.
  • Easton® Syclone™ poles: advanced composite materials resist breaking even in harsh winter conditions.
  • Rugged frame: center-supported frame maximizes interior volume and withstands the weight of snow.
  • Quick set-up: Center-connected poles allow for quick tent set-up in low temperatures.
