Description

The Title DM1 stem is designed for downhill and freeride riding, offering reliability and robustness. Made from 7075 aluminum, it provides excellent rigidity. Its wide clamp ensures a secure grip on the handlebars. Ideal for precise and committed riding, even in extreme conditions.

  • Rigorously tested by EFBE. TRI-TEST® GR certified. Certified for freeride and downhill mountain bikes.
  • Machined from solid 7075 T73 aluminum.
  • Direct Mount assembly.
  • Ultra-wide clamp.
  • A thin headset spacer is required.
  • Clamp diameter: 35 mm.
  • Width: 85 mm.

  • Weight: 150 g (172 g with 8 screws).
  • Stainless steel screws M6 x 1.0 x 18 mm / 20 mm.
  • Use: Downhill / Freeride.

Note:

  • Handlebar clamps must be tightened with equal spacing at the top and bottom. All stems have MAX torque specifications engraved on the stem body. Note that MAX torque specifications are only maximum values. In most cases, a torque of 5 to 6 Nm should be sufficient.
  • Not compatible with FORM aluminum handlebars.

Need some mountings tips ?

If your handlebar has a high rise (which creates a lever arm) or if you use an aluminum handlebar you can slightly increase the tightening torque, the one indicated by the manufacturers is generally low enough presents no to risk damaging the carbon parts (on which the contact surface increases friction and thus limit slippage).
