Description

The new SQlab 7OX 2.0 Pro handlebar grips set new standards with an improved rubber compound and a new grip design to reduce arm fatigue and increase comfort. All the changes made to the 7OX 2.0 handlebar result in improved ergonomics, even better grip, a precise feel, and reliable feedback in all riding situations.

Optimal fit:
The 7OX 2.0 Pro is available in three sizes. To accommodate individual anatomy, the handlebar sizes differ in length and diameter. The right handlebar size ensures an optimal fit, maximizes ergonomic benefits, and enhances riding comfort while promoting an active yet energy-efficient riding position.

Perfectly Implemented Ergonomics:
Especially when riding downhill, freeriding, and in other gravity disciplines, the “grip” contact point is crucial for fast times, precise lines, safe landings, and relaxed, extended days in the bike park. The redesign of the 7OX 2.0 Pro has resulted in even better grip ergonomics, which has a positive effect on arm strength.

Prevents arm pump:

The new 7OX 2.0 Pro grip prevents pressure spikes and muscle fatigue in the arms. Arm pump, a well-known problem in mountain biking, occurs when the forearm muscles are tense for an extended period, particularly during repeated impacts from obstacles. To counter this phenomenon, SQlab conducted studies using electromyography (EMG) to analyze muscle activation and acceleration sensors to record ground vibrations. This research led to the development of a new TPE compound for the 7OX Pro grip, providing greater cushioning and control to reduce arm pump for all ambitious cyclists.
