The Vaporfly 4 is perfect for bringing out your best, kilometer after kilometer. Nike has made the midsole, outsole, and upper lighter than those of the Vaporfly 3, without sacrificing performance. The result? A lighter running shoe that delivers better propulsion and is reliable over the entire distance.

Full Speed | The full-length carbon fiber Flyplate delivers a feeling of propulsion and speed.

Better Energy Return | Nike ZoomX, the brand’s most responsive foam, is now even faster. From heel to toe, it delivers better energy return thanks to a slightly thinner midsole, creating a springy feel.

Woven Mesh | The woven mesh is so comfortable you’ll forget you’re wearing it. It helps lighten the shoe while providing more consistent support.

Lightweight Feel | Have you noticed that the midsole extends beyond the heel? This is designed to reduce weight on the inside of the foot and create a more stable stride.
