Description

After extensive research and development for the French brand, Pride Racing offers a pair of wheels that are both rigid and lightweight. Lightness and rigidity are two factors that are generally opposed, yet the result of these wheels proves that the challenge has been met!

The Pride Wave CFR rim was created and developed exclusively for BMX racing. It features a new design exclusive to Pride Racing, including a square reinforcement at each spoke head, which allows for higher spoke tension and greater wheel rigidity. The Wave rim is made of Toray T700 carbon and has a very low profile to reduce wind resistance and optimize rigidity. Weighing less than 300 g, it is one of the lightest rims on the market, a real asset on the track!

The wheelset is equipped with Pride Control V2 hubs with a 20 mm axle at the front and 15 mm at the rear. These hubs have 180 engagement points with 6 micro-toothed pawls that engage 3 by 3, all combined with a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body. The brake disc mount is ISO6.
