Pride Gravity / Control red expert wheelset

This Pride wheelset is designed for BMX RACE use and is a competition product. They feature carbon fibre rims, which reduce weight and increase rigidity. Pride Racing rims have an oval shape that optimises rigidity against gravitational forces. Top-of-the-range hubs and rims to give you great results in your track races.

For Control Pride hubs, the French brand has retained its 6/60 system, providing 180 points of engagement, and has innovated with a new, larger hub body, CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium.

These hubs are used by most of today's top riders. An Olympic gold medal with Beth. Shriever in 2021, and first place in the World Cup in Glasgow in 2022 with Jérémy Rencurel. These Pride Control hubs are extremely efficient when it comes to getting on the track. With 180 engagement points, they provide an almost immediate boost. All with an aluminium body for maximum weight savings.

For the Control Pride hubs, the French brand is keeping its 6/60 system providing 180 engagement points, but innovating with a new, larger hub body, CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium.

  • Large external caps - diameter 22mm - for improved lateral rigidity.
  • Enduro Bearing® ABEC 3 bearings with double lip seals.
  • 28 holes.

Rear hub:

  • CNC machined hub body in Aluminium 6061-T6.
  • Aluminium 15mm inner axle with 10mm bolts and CNC machined cones.
  • High flange diameter for greater rigidity.
  • Large 28mm diameter outer cap on driver side for improved lateral rigidity.
  • Disc compatible with centrelock® attachment system.
  • Easy maintenance thanks to "Tool less" tool-free removal system.
  • 7075-T6 aluminium driver.
  • 6/60 system with 6 micro-serrated pawls - 180 contact points.
  • Enduro Bearing® ABEC 3 bearings with double lip seals.
  • Supplied with Elite lockring and chain line adjustment washers.
  • 28 holes.
  • Weight: 385g.

Rims:

  • Created and developed exclusively for BMX racing, the Pride Gravity rim meets the most extreme requirements of the sport. The Gravity EXP AERO UD Matt rim is made from Today T700 carbon. Its 35mm height optimises rigidity without compromising wind resistance. This rim is 23mm wide.
  • The Gravity AERO rim is tubeless compatible. This requires the use of a specific tubeless rim tape, valve and tyre.
  • The rear rim does not have brake pads, and is only compatible with disc brakes.
