Training functions
- Real-time endurance level - STAMINA: The real-time endurance level feature - Stamina - tracks and helps athletes manage their physical effort throughout an event. It displays energy consumption and allows athletes to avoid "running out of gas" by starting too fast on their events.
- Training preparation status: This function available in the widgets allows, thanks to all the physiological data recovered day and night, heart rate, sleep quality, training status and load, recovery time, HRV etc.. It provides a clear overview of the body's preparation for training.
- Race Widget Place your races in the Garmin Connect calendar and enter all race data, such as distance, elevation gain or directly the GPX. The Race Widget will then be able to predict your user's race time for their next race based on course details, weather, fitness data and more. The Race Widget also provides training tips for the user and tracks training load for weeks/months before the race.
- MTB Dynamics: Includes the "MTB Dynamics" data developed for the Edge line.
- App. Climbing: Application dedicated to "route" and "bouldering" climbing. Allows climbers to track their climbing and bouldering sessions.

Running functions
- Specific activity profile for the trail and for virtual activities: For more accuracy on the trail, the trail activity profile increases the frequency of GPS position updates. Virtual Run for online applications like Zwift.
- Race Predictor Trend: This feature builds on the Race Predictor function and displays, on a graph, the evolution of race time predictions over the long term, to better monitor the evolution of its capabilities and performance.
- PacePro" function: PacePro is a virtual pacemaker that takes into account the difference in altitude of a course. It guides the athlete on the pace to be maintained to reach a precise objective. This helps you plan the ideal pacing strategy for your activity and optimize your performance.
- Running Power: The Running Power feature uses metrics such as pace, vertical oscillation, slope and even wind speed to calculate the power in watts you apply to the ground as you run. By knowing how much power you're expending every minute and every mile, you can manage your pace more effectively and better manage your effort.
- Running Dynamics : The Running Dynamics provide extremely relevant information to ambitious athletes about their running technique, such as left/right leg balance, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio etc..
Health and wellness functions
- Morning Report: Upon waking, the watch displays a summary of sleep data, as well as training suggestions for the race and cycle, weather..
- HRV/VFC Test: HRV levels vary greatly between individuals, but in general, a high HRV is considered a marker of good fitness and health, while a low HRV is associated with negative health effects and high stress levels. The measurement is taken during sleep with a measurement every 5 minutes.
