From the “My Orders & Returns” section, you can check if your order has been split into multiple shipments, which may explain why you have not yet received the item.
However, if you have received all your parcels, we invite you to contact us via your customer account in the “My Orders & Returns” section to find a solution:
- Click on the Contact Customer Service button
- Select the reason: I have an issue with a new delivered product (damaged product, missing parts, etc.)
