How can I obtain and download the invoice for my order?

For an item shipped by Alltricks: Please follow these steps:

- Log in to your Alltricks account

- Go to the “My Orders & Returns” page

- Click on the order reference

- Click on the “View my invoice” button; it will be automatically downloaded.

For an item shipped by a partner seller: We invite you to contact the partner seller by following these steps:

- Log in to “My Account”, go to the “My Orders & Returns” section

- Select the item(s) and quantity, then click on Contact the Seller Select the reason for your request from the drop-down menu

- Add a comment

- Click Send


The partner seller will reply to you directly in your messaging area.

For an item purchased during an Alltricks sports event, please send us the details of your purchase via our contact form. Here is the information we need to issue your invoice:

- Details of your purchase

- Date and event

- Total amount

- Payment method (credit card, cash, etc.)
