For an item shipped by Alltricks:
A confirmed order cannot be canceled. This is because, in order to offer you extremely short delivery times, your order is immediately processed in our logistics flow once it is confirmed.
You have two options:
- You have not yet received your order:
You can refuse the parcel upon delivery. The order will be returned to our logistics center at our expense. Once we receive your parcel, a credit will be automatically created. You can request a refund via your customer account in the “My Credits” section.
- You have received your order: You can exercise your right of withdrawal. You can download your return label from your customer account in the “My Orders & Returns” section. Once we receive your parcel, a credit will be automatically created. You can request a refund via your customer account in the “My Credits” section.
For an item shipped by a partner seller:
We invite you to contact the partner seller by following these steps:
- Log in to “My Account”, go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the item(s) and quantity, then click on Contact the Seller. Select the reason for your request from the drop-down menu.
- Add a comment.
- Click Send.
The partner seller will reply to you directly in your messaging area.
