This is

Castelli's mid-range performance short, ideal for a long ride or an hour-long workout indoors or out. The Endurance Evolution fabric is a high modulus, highly matte Lycra® fabric that offers an extremely dry feel while providing just the right amount of compression. At the end of the leg, Castelli uses a raw cut edge with vertical silicone strips to hold the leg in place without the pressure that creates the dreaded sausage effect. The straps are stretchy enough that you can pull the shorts down for a pee break without removing your jersey, while the floating construction allows you to cross the straps in the front or back, whichever works best for you. Good shorts need good padding, and the women-specific KISS Air2 Donna chamois will keep you comfortable without being too bulky.

Raw leg edge prevents sausage effect and silicone print keeps leg in place.
High visibility reflective patches on the back of the leg.
Wide shoulder straps can be crossed in front or back for comfort, and are stretchy enough to allow for pee stops without removing the shorts
Women's specific KISS Air2 Donna skin for long distance comfort.
