The

IMPACTOR structure was developed as the first protection-oriented bibshort using a two-layer system in the hip panels. Thanks to the dyneRope ripstop fabric and by redesigning the removable ImpactPads with a more flexible and breathable design, the tights are wear-resistant, protect you from impacts and guarantee friction-free comfort from ASSOS - the new standard for the harshest winter conditions.

DETAILS AND TECHNOLOGIES

The tights are mainly made of the proven OSMOS Heavy fabric, which provides maximum insulation thanks to its brushed inner surface. The blasenSchutz front panel consists of OSMOS Light fabric and a second layer of the perforated SPHERE Ultra Hole fabric. Thanks to "micro-perforations" on a stretchy, membrane-enhanced, two-layer softshell material, it allows excess heat to escape and provides enhanced protection against biting wind and splashing.
The GTO bib and leg panels feature the rollBar design and butterfly yoke for proven stability. Each leg panel features the louvreTec gripper structure, which conforms to your curves to provide the support you need.
ZeroWaist: A clean-edged structure with a reinforced band for a more comfortable transition between the body and the yoke. More comfort, less pressure.
SuperFlat X-FRAME: a single section of elastic material, folded over itself to form an X in the back and provide a good level of support and reduced vertical stretch in the back.
ImpactPad: New removable and flexible thermoplastic polyurethane pads placed at the hips. They have a perforated surface to allow the skin to breathe and offer greater freedom of movement.
MILLE GTO c2 insert: designed with patented goldenGate technology, with no visible seams and reverse seams for optimal comfort without chafing. The front part is composed of the ultra-light sunDeck technology, the successor of the iconic kukuPenthouse: an ultra-soft foam-free fabric that takes the shape of a shell to support the male anatomy and allow maximum ventilation. The insert also features the twin21 system, which comes in three distinct layers:
MicroShock: 11mm thick lightweight foam that forms the base of the insert and was designed specifically to absorb shock.
FilterFoam: 10mm thick low density matrix foam ingeniously sandwiched between the microShock foam and the 3D waffle fabric to absorb even the smallest vibrations. Its open cell structure allows moisture to be wicked away.
3D waffle fabric: patented triple-layer perforated foam that allows the skin to breathe better while eliminating excess weight.
