Buying guide
For

your two- or three-day self-sufficient escapades, we're going with the UBIC 40 hiking backpack. Made entirely from recycled fibers for greater environmental impact, it's a highly functional way to pack the essentials. The main compartment can be accessed from the top and bottom, while numerous pockets, including a large front stretch pocket, accommodate the things you need to keep close at hand. The Variloop system, which equips this mountain backpack, allows you to attach your camping gear as well as skis, ice axes and snowshoes for our other annual sporting activities. Even with a full load, we're still able to progress comfortably thanks to the ergonomic, adjustable carrying system that lightens the load as much as possible. Summer and winter alike, this versatile technical backpack is the perfect answer to the call of the great outdoors.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

  • LATERAL SKI CARRIER: Ski-carrying system positioned on either side of the pack. More comfortable for freeride skis.
  • ROPE HOLDER: Quick, adjustable system for holding and carrying rope, attached to the top of the bag, under the flap and held in place by the side compression straps.
  • SNOWBOARD HOLDER : Ergonomic snowboard carrying system.
  • RAIN COVER : Bag poncho integrated into the bag. It can be pulled out very quickly in the event of rain to cover the bag... Without ever losing it! 100% waterproof.
  • VARILOOP SYSTEM : Removable, waist-adjustable system with reinforced plastic straps and multiple adapters. System compatible with all annual alpine and bivouac equipment: skis / ice axes / poles / snowshoes / tent / mattress...
