The M45 perfectly combines the capacity of a large backpack with the stability, fit and performance of a small backpack.

It incorporates many of the unique features found in the C.A.M.P. line of backpacks, such as the Full BackDoor panel that allows access to the contents of the pack without having to remove everything on top before accessing the gear below. Comfort is provided by the XAir ventilated back with a 3mm aluminum wire frame and ergonomic, breathable shoulder straps. The padded belt is removable for technical activities. It features a zippered pocket and gear loop. The innovative Balance System uses the same two straps at the top of the shoulders to simultaneously adjust, compress and stabilize the load by pulling from the bottom of the bag rather than from the top. The removable flap has a large main compartment on top and a smaller compartment on the bottom for valuables. A protective cover can be pulled down to cover the top of the bag when the flap is removed. Other technical features include two ice axe holders with removable bungee cords on top and a head lock system on the bottom, reversible ski carrying straps that can also be used to carry a snowboard or hidden when not in use, an external helmet carrying system that can be hidden when not in use, hydration pouch compatibility and large elastic zippered pockets inside the main compartment for organization.
