The Suunto Smart Heart Rate Belt 2 is a high-precision heart rate belt with premium features. Its key features include a lightweight and compact design that offers optimal comfort for a chest strap while staying securely in place during workouts, an ECG module with algorithm-based heart rate signal identification, transmission of heart rate and R-R interval data, as well as—when used with a Suunto watch—key running technique metrics and a buffer for R-R interval measurement. The Suunto Smart Heart Rate Belt 2 can connect to three BLE hosts simultaneously and features a mechanism that allows the user to control which hosts can connect.
The heart rate belt is designed for performance-oriented outdoor athletes: trail, ultra, and mountain runners; hikers and trekkers; multisport and triathlon athletes; as well as anyone who ventures into the great outdoors and needs long GPS battery life, offline maps, and powerful training tools.
