Designed for all Bluetooth-enabled devices compatible with heart rate monitoring, the Coros HRM heart rate sensor provides over 38 hours of continuous, accurate heart rate tracking, allowing you to monitor your workouts with such comfort that you’ll soon forget you’re wearing it. Easier to wear than a chest strap, Coros’ soft fabric cuff lies flat around your arm and stays in place thanks to its textured surface. The discreet design prevents it from snagging on clothing, allowing you to forget you’re wearing it. Adjust the position and tension of the durable elastic armband on your arm by simply sliding the buckle until it fits snugly. The secure Velcro closure lets you quickly remove the sensor for easy washing of the armband.
Coros’ latest-generation multi-channel optical sensor provides a high-quality signal. Housed in a rugged yet stylish case and protected by a scratch-resistant cover, the sensor will provide reliable and accurate heart rate data for years to come. Optical heart rate sensors work best when held firmly against the skin. This armband is designed to position the sensor against your arm to block out external light and maintain signal quality, no matter what activity you’re doing.
With 38 hours of full operation or 80 days of standby time on a single charge, the Coros heart rate sensor is built to last. Check the battery level on your watch or the Coros app and use the magnetic cable to recharge it quickly.
Thanks to built-in wear detection, the Coros heart rate monitor automatically turns on and off based on when it’s worn. It automatically connects to devices paired with your app whenever you start a workout. Designed to work seamlessly with your favorite Coros watches, it can also pair with up to three devices simultaneously, including non-Coros watches and other Bluetooth-enabled indoor training devices, bike computers, and more.
Optical heart rate sensors use light to measure blood flow in the capillaries beneath the skin. The top of the wrist is a convenient spot for a watch, but it’s not the best for sensors. Wearing it on the arm provides the optical sensor with an optimal amount of blood flow to collect heart rate data with accuracy equivalent to that of a traditional chest strap.
