You can fine-tune the firmness to your liking using the optional VAUDE cushion or air pump. In fact, moisture from the air you breathe can lead to mold growth and thus shorten the mat’s lifespan. The top side of the Tour 5 L II insulated mat is made of a soft stretch fabric, while the bottom side is protected against hydrolysis by a hydrolysis-resistant TPU coating. A repair kit is included with the mattress for minor repairs on the go.
