Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
All returns must be reported to our customer service department and made within 30 days of receiving the order. All return requests must therefore be submitted via the following link: https://shopping-factory.com/rma/alltricks All items must be returned in their original packaging with the tags intact and in the same condition as when received. Any item that has been personalized cannot be returned (e.g., a flock-printed jersey), exchanged, or refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the product received matches the order. The customer is therefore free to use any shipping carrier of their choice to return their package. The customer is therefore responsible for any issues that may arise during the shipment of their return package.
