Hiking has a new look: the style of Stinger GTX

.

Designed for medium-altitude hiking and fast trekking, Stinger GTX is a lightweight, flexible and adaptable shoe with a contemporary, athletic design

.

The lightweight yet resistant upper is made of mesh with seamless polyurethane applications: breathability and strength combined with unique style.

The lining is made of Gore-Tex Extended Comfort, the famous high-performance membrane with multiple properties. Breathable and waterproof in perfect balance, it keeps feet dry and protected, thanks to a system designed to provide maximum climatic comfort. The membrane is specifically designed for moderate to warm weather conditions and intense physical activity.

Summer showers find an impenetrable barrier: with Stinger GTX, the foot stays dry for a long time and the skin can breathe easily.

Stinger GTX is designed to adapt to your needs: once you've tried it, you won't want to give up the Smart Lacing System, the quick lacing system with lace safety and external hook. This system guarantees immediate fit and quick, easy adjustment, even during activity.

The shoe reaches a higher level of comfort thanks to specific measures: the exclusive Ankle Lock System enables the shoe to close securely and precisely around the ankle, while encouraging natural movement. The result is a perfect symbiosis between foot and shoe. Soft padding in the malleolus accentuates comfort and reinforces the structure without weighing it down

Lacing and tongue are asymmetrical to respect the natural shape of the foot and envelop it in the best possible way, so that the shoe fits perfectly, almost as if it were a glove

.

The outsole features the exclusive Vibram® Multiverse sole, specifically designed for mixed terrain even with heavy loads: the shock-absorbing effect of the midsole absorbs shocks and protects joints. The crampons are also adapted to the approach, thanks to the maximum grip of the heel and the full zone of the toe for increased safety when climbing. Rubber protection on the toe further protects the foot on uneven terrain

Vibram is a manufacturer of high-end soles for hiking, climbing and trail shoe brands. These soles are made of high performance rubber materials to provide great resistance, better traction and outstanding grip on difficult mountain terrain and in all weather conditions.

For hiking, the design can be either narrow or wide in order to bring more precision or more stability to your every step. Note that the height of the crampon also plays an important role in mountain climbing. The higher the cleat, the more you will gain in clearance and ease in unstable rocky sections..
