Description

The Title CR1-E crank combines durability and lightness to meet the demands of serious e-MTB riding. Made from 6066-T6 aluminum, it is cold-forged and then CNC-machined to produce a component that is both precise and durable.

Designed for ISIS-axle motors, it is compatible with numerous electric assist systems, including DJI Avinox, Bosch CX Gen 4 and Gen 5, Bosch SX, Brose S-Mag, TQ HPR50, as well as Specialized 2.2 and 3.1. Available in 155 and 160 mm lengths, it allows riders to adjust the crank length to suit their riding style and preferences.

  • Compatible with motors using an ISIS shaft.
  • Offset: 27 mm.

Installation Guide:

Required tools: 8 mm Allen wrench and torque wrench.

  1. Slide the drive-side crank arm onto the motor spindle, making sure the splines are properly engaged.
  2. Tighten the crank screw by hand, then tighten it with an 8 mm Allen wrench. The crank should fit smoothly and securely onto the axle.
  3. Install the crank on the side opposite the drive, making sure to position it 180° relative to the drive-side crank.
  4. Tighten both crank screws to a torque of 50 Nm using a torque wrench.
