What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

It means you can power the fourth-generation Bosch CX drive unit – with 85Nm of hill-devouring torque – on long rides, whatever frame size fits you best. The Boost 148 rear axle, large pivot bearings and All Mountain Geometry deliver assured handling, even when you're exploring the limits of the 140 mm rear and 150 mm front travel. Sram's UDH gear hanger helps protect against crash damage and is easily replaceable. And Integrated Cable Routing reduces maintenance and complements the clean lines of the full carbon main frame.
The Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC SLT 750 represents the ultimate all-mountain e-mtb. We began by choosing Sram's XX Eagle 1x12 Transmission, with an e*thirteen crank, for the ultimate in shifting precision and durability. Newmen Advanced SL A.30 carbon wheels shod with Schwalbe Magic Mary and Big Betty 2.4" tires work with four-piston Magura MT7 hydraulic disc brakes – and a two-piece disc rotor design – to deliver fingertip speed control in all weathers. Bosch's smooth, fourth-generation CX drive unit serves up 85Nm of torque, the Kiox 300 controller keeps you on top of everything, and there's a 750 Wh battery to keep you rolling even on long days in the mountains. Fox's 36 Factory fork and Float X Factory shock keep the rubber where it should be: on the trail. And the Fox Transfer Factory remote dropper post gives you the best possible control on steep, tough trails. Zero compromise, maximum performance.
