What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

It means you can power the fourth-generation Bosch CX drive unit – with 85Nm of hill-devouring torque – on long rides, whatever frame size fits you best. The Boost 148 rear axle, large pivot bearings and All Mountain Geometry deliver assured handling, even when you're exploring the limits of the 140 mm rear and 150 mm front travel. Sram's UDH gear hanger helps protect against crash damage and is easily replaceable. And Integrated Cable Routing reduces maintenance and complements the clean lines of the full carbon main frame.
The Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Actionteam 750 is all about sweating the details. Four-piston Shimano XT hydraulic brake calipers harness the incredible grip of Schwalbe's Magic Mary and Big Betty 2.4in tyres to deliver assured speed control, no matter the conditions. Shimano's XT 1x12 gears transfer the combined power of your pedaling and the fourth-generation Bosch CX drive unit to the Newmen Evolution wheelset, backed up by a large-capacity 750 Wh battery for the best possible range. And with a Fox 36 Factory fork, Float X Factory rear shock and remote dropper post, the only component missing is you.
