Preparation of flour (wheat flour, wheat gluten, broad bean flour, malted wheat flour, yeast, enzymes, antioxidant (ascorbic acid)), sugar, fermented milk powder (15%), fructose, whole egg powder, vegetable fat (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), stabilizer (potassium phosphate)), baking powders (sodium bicarbonate, di-sodium di-phosphate), minerals (dicitrate tri-magnesium, zinc sulfate, sodium selenate), salt, vitamins (B3, B6, B1, B2). Contains wheat, milk and egg.
When to consume it?
Take 1/3 of an energy cake up to one hour before the start of the effort.
