In collaboration with ION, SQlab has developed a limited version of the new 7OX 2.0 Pro Downhill & Gravity grip. Combined with the 6OX ERGOWAVE® active 2.1 saddle in the ION version, the cockpit of your mountain bike is perfectly adapted

Two pioneering brands from the Boards and More group, a common guiding principle: the pleasure of pedaling. SQlab X ION products represent the perfect ergonomics of SQlab and the elegant performance of ION. The designs, inspired by water sports, give the products a casual touch. The design of ION's 6OX and 7OX products in particular picks up on mountain contours and pays impressive homage to mountain biking - true to ION's motto "Surfing Trails".

Optimum fit:
The 7OX 2.0 Pro ltd. ION is available in three sizes. To do justice to individual anatomy, handle sizes differ in length and diameter. The right handle size guarantees an optimal fit, makes the most of ergonomic features and enhances riding comfort and an active yet energy-saving position on the bike.

Ergonomics perfectly implemented:
Especially in downhill, freeride and other gravity disciplines, the "grip" contact point is crucial for fast times, precise lines, safe landings and relaxed, extended days in the bike park. The redesign of the 7OX 2.0 Pro ltd. ION grip has resulted in even better grip ergonomics, which has a positive effect on arm strength.

Prevents arm pumping:

The new 7OX 2.0 Pro grip prevents pressure peaks and arm muscle fatigue. Arm pumping, a well-known problem in mountain biking, occurs when the forearm muscles are tense for a prolonged period, particularly during recurrent shocks from obstacles. To counter this phenomenon, SQlab conducted studies using electromyography (EMG) to analyze muscle activation and acceleration sensors to record ground vibrations. This research led to the development of a new TPE compound for the 7OX Pro grip, offering more cushioning and control to reduce arm pump for all ambitious cyclists.
