The ZoomX foam is even more responsive and dynamic, and the full-length carbon plate is more flexible for a smooth stride. The outsole reduces the shoe’s weight and improvestraction, kilometer after kilometer.

ZoomX Foam | The ultra-responsive ZoomX foam midsole delivers Nike’s best energy return with a stable feel for trail running. The foam isn’t encased in the heel for even better responsiveness.

Breathable Mesh Upper | Don’t worry about puddles or streams—the upper is designed to shed water. It’s also lightweight, durable, and breathable.

More flexibility | Tackle technical terrain with the full-length carbon fiber plate. Nike has reduced stiffness compared to the original Ultrafly for better control on the trails.

Enhanced traction | Go the distance with the Vibram® Megagrip outsole. It’s designed to provide enhanced durability and traction on wet terrain.
