These shoes feature Mizuno’s cutting-edge technology for performance and versatility. They feature a completely redesigned midsole with the new nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT for exceptional cushioning and powerful energy return. Designed for runners with overpronation, the new MIZUNO WAVE plate improves stability by preventing the arch from collapsing while allowing for a smooth weight transfer. The breathable mesh upper ensures a secure and comfortable fit .

  • Sole: The midsole has been completely redesigned compared to the previous INSPIRE 21 model and now features nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT technology. This new material provides both cushioning to absorb impact during runs and energy return for a powerful push-off. The heel-to-toe drop has been adjusted from 12 mm to 10 mm for a more natural running feel. The heel counter incorporates MIZUNO ENERZY NXT. Cushioning is maintained in the upper part of the midsole while ensuring stability.
  • MIZUNO WAVE (Support Type): A wavy design intended for individuals with overpronation. Modifications to the inner and outer shapes help prevent the arch from collapsing and provide excellent stability. The anatomically shaped plate follows the contours of the foot for a smooth weight transfer from ground contact through to toe-off.
  • Upper: The mesh upper offers excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.

  • Mizuno Enerzy Nxt: Nitrogen-enriched MIZUNO ENERZY NXT technology, integrated into the upper portion of the midsole, provides soft cushioning and excellent energy return. It works in synergy with the EVA-based MIZUNO ENERZY NXT technology in the lower midsole for enhanced stability.
  • Premium Insole: A high-end removable insole for optimal comfort and cushioning.
  • SmoothRide: A design optimized to minimize sudden accelerations and decelerations of the foot during transition, for a smoother stride.
  • X10: An extremely durable Mizuno carbon rubber that offers better durability in high-impact zones and increased traction in the heel.
