Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
- 30 days from the date the order is delivered by the shipping company. - Return shipping is free. - Product condition: new - Packaging instructions: Pack the item in its original packaging. If that is not possible, pack it as carefully as possible. A product returned in non-compliant packaging will not be refunded. - Return address: Brain E-Log, Boulevard de la Technicité 1A, 7110 La Louvière - Information on the reason for return: Returns are accepted if the size is incorrect or if the product description does not match the product received. - The maximum refund processing time from the date of delivery to the carrier is 4 calendar days. - The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. A) If there is NO return label in the package: Open the order in your Alltricks customer account and contact us via the messaging system. Within 72 business hours, our customer service team will send you a return label and all the necessary information to complete your return. B) If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Affix the return label to a visible spot on the package. 3. Send the package to the return address listed above.
