A versatile running shoe that promotes a stable and energetic running experience.

The GT-2000 14 promotes a dynamic stride and offers excellent support.

A trampoline capsule in the forefoot is positioned on the medial side of the outsole. It stabilizes your stride for better balance when pushing off.

The midsole now contains FF BLAST MAX foam. This foam promotes a dynamic push-off and provides a soft, cushioned landing with every stride.

FF BLAST MAX foam: One of Asics' most dynamic midsole foams, providing soft cushioning and excellent energy return with every stride.
OrthoLite X-30 sockliner: A sockliner that provides exceptional comfort and moisture management to keep feet cool and dry.
Reinforced heel with AHARPLUS coating: Located at the heel, this highly abrasion-resistant rubber from ASICS is approximately three times more durable than standard rubbers.
Outsole with AHAR LO coating: Low-density rubber placed in key areas of the outsole for optimal grip and traction without sacrificing durability.
Reflective details: Increase visibility in low-light conditions.
The main material of the shoe upper is made from 50% recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
The solution dyeing process used to manufacture the insole reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing methods.
