Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
Policies Regarding Returns, Claims, Warranty, and Invoicing Returns must be made in their original packaging, and the product must be in perfect condition. The delivery slip or invoice issued by GESTION DIGITAL LABS 23 SL serves as the manufacturer’s warranty and takes effect on the day of delivery to the buyer’s address. In the event of a refund request, the customer must return the product to GESTION DIGITAL LABS 23 SL within 30 business days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of a product replacement, GESTION DIGITAL LABS 23 SL agrees to deliver another product in perfect condition to the customer after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned product. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly requests otherwise, and provided that this refund does not incur any costs for the consumer.
