Description
Wolf Tooth T47 internal bottom brackets are designed to be smooth, durable, lightweight, fast and easy to maintain. Our all-new design includes custom bearings, seals, bushings and cups that eliminate squeaks and offer best-in-class sealing, with optimized radial compression, alignment and preload for low resistance. They are available in 24 mm Shimano, 29 mm DUB and 30 mm axle diameters for maximum compatibility, and in four colors to match your other Wolf Tooth Color Shop components.
Wolf Tooth bottom bracket bearings are custom-designed. The balls and bushing are made of hardened chromium steel. This has a surface hardness superior to that of stainless steel, improving the durability of the bearing rings and reducing resistance to rotation and noise. An ACOSUR ZNA coating was also applied to the ring to provide corrosion resistance equal to or better than that of stainless steel after a 500-hour saltwater test. Thanks to their bearing material combined with a complete sealing system and the elimination of metal-to-metal contact, Wolf Tooth bottom brackets offer superior performance in all conditions.
