AURA II REINFORCEMENT ARK - The translucent, impact-resistant Aura II reinforcement arch runs throughout the Helmet, reinforcing structural integrity and allowing ample vents for cooling
VIRGINIA TECH, BEST RESULT - The Aries Spherical helmet achieved the highest score ever in safety tests carried out by the independent laboratory Virginia Tech, topping its ranking. Giro helmets featuring Spherical technology all received the maximum 5-star rating.
DRYCORE™- The "DryCore" sweat management system uses an internal silicone bead to redirect moisture away from the rider's eyebrows and eliminate irritation caused by sweat dripping into the eyes.
SPHERICAL TECHNOLOGY - Spherical technology consists of a ball-and-socket design, optimized by Mips®, which helps redirect impact energy away from the brain by allowing the outer liner to rotate around the inner liner in the event of a collision. It also eliminates contact with hard plastic or sliding planes against the skin.
MIPS® SYSTEM FOR BRAIN PROTECTION - All Giro Helmets are designed to absorb maximum energy while exceeding the most stringent safety standards. The aim of Giro's Mips-equipped Helmets is to reduce rotational forces.
