Designed for riders who cultivate their passion for mountain biking, the DRT3 Trail helmet will give you the confidence to explore new trails, test your limits and add new skills to your arsenal. For added security, a twICEme® Medical ID NFC chip is located on the back of the helmet. Store your vital medical information and emergency contacts in the helmet so first responders can instantly get the information they need when time is of the essence.
DETAILS
- ADJUSTMENT: Oakley®-designed 360° adjustment system features a height-adjustable yoke for a comfortable, custom fit. A rubberized micro-adjustment knob secures the fit, and an extra-large insert is designed to increase the system's stability. The adjustment system is perfectly integrated with the Mips® safety system, thanks to the brand's Skull Matrix technology.
- COMFORT: The DRT3 Trail features the innovative Sweat Guard front pad and traditional textile padding on the top of the helmet. The silicone-gel Sweat Guard captures and wicks sweat away from the forehead to keep your goggles streak-free, and the textile padding adds extra contact points to improve overall comfort.
- LINING: Ionic+™ Antimicrobial lining is sweat-activated, keeping things fresh and preventing unpleasant odors.
- GOGGLES STORAGE: Front vents offer runners a convenient place to store their goggles with ease. Unobtainium® elements hold goggle temples in place, while cut-outs in the foam inside the helmet prevent temples from injuring the rider's head on impact, creating a simple and intuitive goggle storage area.
- PROTECTION: The Mips® safety system is designed to enhance safety against a range of accidents, helping to reduce harmful forces that might otherwise strike the rider's head.
- SECURITY: a twICEme® Medical ID NFC chip is located on the back of the helmet. Store your medical information and emergency contacts in the helmet so that first-aiders can instantly get the information they need when time is of the essence.
- VENTILATION: Sixteen vents allow hot air to escape from the helmet while riding or stationary, and two large front vents direct cool air towards the rider's forehead for improved cooling and reduced fogging of goggles.
- VISOR: Adjustable visor with four adjustment points ensures a perfect fit for style and functionality, while allowing riders to easily choose between wearing or storing their glasses.
- DESIGN: The DRT3 Trail features a branded badge with an Iiridium® coating, reflecting the colors of the Prizm™ lenses used on Oakley eyewear. Each badge color is specific to the helmet color, and all celebrate the heritage of Oakley eyewear.
