Highly versatile, Smith's Trace helmet is equally suited for long, winding descents and race days. On the road, gravel or bikepacking, this bike helmet combines Koroyd® and MIPS® technologies to give you reliable protection if the ride gets rough. And you'll stay cool when temperatures peak, thanks to the internal ventilation system's inlets and outlets that let air circulate. Side channels let you safely store your sunglasses when you don't need them, and when you do, our AirEvac™ ventilation system prevents fogging.

  • The hybrid Shell construction combines a durable exterior with a lightweight In-Mold shell. This means the helmet is durable where you need it most while remaining lightweight
  • Aerocore™ construction features Koroyd® coverage in certain areas to protect you from impact by absorbing impact energy, while remaining lightweight and perfectly ventilated
  • MIPS® Brain Protection System reduces the rotational forces that oblique impacts cause on the head
  • Certification: ASTM F2040, CE EN 1077:2007 CLASS B, CPSC, CE EN1078

  • Designed to integrate seamlessly with Smith masks to provide maximum comfort and ventilation
  • AirEvac™ ventilation system integrates with Smith masks for fog-free lenses
  • With the BOA® 360 fit system, take advantage of micro-adjustment to get the perfect fit with the turn of a knob
  • You can easily adjust the Regulator temperature control system in the front and back with a twist of the knob

  • Removable Snapfit SL2 ear cushions keep you warm and compatible with audio chips
