Marketplace items can be easily identified by the words "sold by + name of partner". The price of Marketplace products is set by each seller and may therefore rise or fall at any time without any right of review by Alltricks.
Please note: Orders via partners will be delivered independently of products "sold by Alltricks"
Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has thirty (30) days from the delivery of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal with Race Company, without having to provide a reason for their decision or incur any costs, except for return shipping costs. The right of withdrawal must be notified in writing, exclusively by email. Race Company will then provide the customer with instructions for returning or exchanging the product. A return number must be assigned by Race Company, clearly marked on the package, and accompanied by the printed delivery slip placed inside the package. Otherwise, the package may be refused. Returned products must be in new condition, complete (including packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice or delivery slip). Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund.
