I was disconnected during payment. Will I be charged?

If you experienced a network interruption during payment, accidentally went back, or simply ran out of battery at the time of payment… don’t worry!

If you did not receive an order confirmation email, it means the payment failed and you will not be charged.

You can resume your order via the My Orders page in your Alltricks account, then click the Finalize My Order button. Your cart will be displayed again, and you can confirm it. If this button is not available, contact our support team!
