- Bank transfer: Processing can take 2 to 3 business days after the transfer is made. Make sure you used the provided bank details and included the order reference. Check: It must be sent to the indicated address, and processing may take a few days after receipt.
- Your payment failed
The transaction may not have been validated. Check if:
Your payment details are correct.
You have sufficient funds.
3D Secure authentication (SMS or banking app) is required.
- Check if you can finalize your payment
Log in to your Alltricks account.
Go to “My Orders & Returns.”
See if a “Finalize My Payment” button appears. If this button is available, click it and follow the instructions to confirm your payment.
