If you refused the delivery of your bike, a credit note will be created for the full amount of your order once the package has been returned and processed by our logistics center. This may take up to 10 business days after the bike is received.
After the credit note is created, you will have the option to:
Use this credit for a future purchase on Alltricks, Request a refund instead. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund or the use of the credit has been processed.
